Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GraphiSports Stats, operated by Graphisports. By creating an account, starting a trial, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GraphiSports Stats provides live basketball statistics tracking and broadcast graphics tools, including the Stats App, Team Manager, Card Maker, OBS Control Panel, and Viewer (collectively, "the Service"). Features and availability may change over time.

2. Trial Period

New accounts receive a free trial period as displayed at sign-up. At the end of the trial, continued access requires an active paid plan. We do not guarantee any specific trial length beyond what is stated at sign-up, and trial terms may change for future sign-ups.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) via PayPal, and automatically renew until cancelled.
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change with reasonable advance notice for future billing cycles.
• You are responsible for keeping your PayPal payment method valid and up to date.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may apply a short grace period before suspending or downgrading access, as communicated at the time.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with the Service, or you run into a technical issue we weren't able to resolve, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the date you became a subscriber. To request a refund, contact info@graphisports.com with your account email and the reason for your request.

After the 7-day window, payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused time, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

6. Your Account & Data

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access.
• You retain ownership of the team, player, and game data you enter into the Service.
• We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Data & Payment Security

Your personal information (such as your email) and your payments are handled with care and protection. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or other commercial purposes. Your payments are processed directly by PayPal — we do not store card or bank account details on our own servers. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access other users' data without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, bugs, or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraphiSports Stats and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated with reasonable notice.
